This is a FREE tool you can use to do your keyword research.

We’ll start with the keyword – puppy training. Type this into the Google Keyword Tool. Be sure to UN-CHECK the button that says “use synonyms”.

We only want words directly related to puppy training.

Now enter the security letters and click “Get Keyword ideas”.

You should get a listing of keywords related to puppy training.

Look at the “Global Monthly Search Volume”. You want to consider keywords that have at least 50 or more searches per month.

Focus on “problem” type keywords. These are words that people type in when they are looking for a solution to a problem.

People looking for a solution to a problem are more likely to become customers!

Make a list of any keywords that look promising. One at a time, take a keyword from the list you made and add it to the “Selected Keywords” section.

Click “Get More Related Keywords”.

intitle:”your keyword here” inanchor:”your keyword here”

For Example: intitle:”puppy crate training problems” inanchor:”puppy crate training problems”

keyword competitionWhat we now know is that there are 110 searches per month for the keyword “puppy crate training problems”.

We also know there are 0 pages on the internet that are optimized specifically for this keyword.

It just doesn’t get any better than that! You would have absolutely NO COMPETITION…NONE!

This is one way to find out how much keyword competition you really have.

Now I realize that this is a very labor intensive way to do things, but if you don’t have the money to pay for automated tool…this is the FREE way to do keyword research!
